Halloween in July
In lieu of my birthday this year, for the first time .. well that I can remember .. we will be having a birthday party at my house. I say "we" because it's just as much for my friends as it is for me. Maybe we'll bust out some wheelchair Olympics and see how many drunken folks want to make an attempt at the sometimes elusive wheelie. It never ceases to amaze me at the number of times someone will fall and nearly knock themselves unconscious before they give up and let the next in line try. The jello shots should serve as a perfect jump off.
Why do you care? Eh you probably don't but I'm excited for the night and the opportunity to post it on the web. But if you do and you have not received one of the many texts from myself and various others, the night starts at 9PM for all the VIP's.
Six Flags Over Texas, Arlington
Most of my family was in town for a long week of bickering, secrets and miss-communication but in the midst of all that we made it out to Six Flags for some good ol' family fun. I love the thrill of roller coasters and being on the controlled edge so it's even more perfect when I get to skip the lines and head straight to the front row. Of course my family doesn't mind either. In fact it's sort of a ritual now when they come down for a visit. Anyways - here's my review.

New content ideas
So after another night of hanging out with friends I have a few more ideas for the site. Originally I was just going to review music venues and festivals but I thought why stop there? I will now post on my travels; how was the airline service, how was the taxi, the hotel, etc. A lot of folks don't think about how they might be effected when they travel or what to expect. I never do so it will be interesting for me to document and read again later.
I know I keep saying that my Bonnaroo 07 review is coming soon but every time I sit down to write it I become distracted with mindless fun. I'll write it in due time, ha like maybe days before Bonnaroo 08.
